Delarkin manufactures and ships a very wide range of mattress sizes and dimensions and will attempt to ship mattresses in the most efficient manner possible. Smaller mattresses will be vacuum sealed and shipped in a box whereas larger mattresses or oversized mattresses may be shipped via freight. Whatever the shipping method is, Delarkin will communicate to the best of our ability any pertinent updates in expected shipping dates or delays. Please allow 15 days for your mattress to be built, shipped, and delivered to your door. Once the mattress is shipped via a postal delivery service it becomes that service’s responsibility until delivery. We will attempt to assist our customers in any way we can with any lost product or late deliveries, but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
